About Us

Our Mission

The North Collinwood Thundercats Youth Organization is dedicated to the mental and physical development of inner city youth. Our mission is to be an extension of the primary home, and to assist the parents with ensuring developmental stability. The goal is to teach our children to interact with other children from very diverse backgrounds. We feel that opening their eyes to new cultures and experiences will positively influence their personal development. We strive for excellence and distinction while offering resources to help these children reach their full potential.

Meet the coaches:

The Thundercat coaches are formerly Sims Raiders coaches and have been a part of North Collinwood since 1999. We are the only All-Star Squad in the area that competes locally and on the road. The Thundercats are comprised of Clevelanders as well as girls from the surrounding suburbs. Over the last 6 years, our coaches have lead cheerleaders under their advisory to win many first and second place trophies in the local cheer competitions. We look forward to new experiences and loads fun as we tackle this new endeavor.
