BASIC CHEER TIPS:
A great routine/pratice always starts with great stretching!!!
1. Try to focus on what you are doing. Go in their with a positive attitude and major confidence!
2. If you mess up, smile and keep going. DO NOT stop! Have confidence! :0)
3. Lock those arms. Be precise about every movement. Make them sharp and clean.
4. Use your cheer voice. Cheerleaders are loud, and their words are crisp.
